For years, I’ve worked hands-on across multiple businesses — managing everything from operations, marketing, HR, systems and business growth. I understand first-hand the challenges of juggling team, customers, finances, and the day-to-day realities of running a business.
That’s exactly why I started coaching.
At Plum Digital Hub, my goal is simple: to help business owners cut through the overwhelm, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. I believe in real conversations, practical strategies, and building businesses that work for the owner — not just the other way around.

With a strong focus on understanding the story behind each business, I work closely with our clients to ensure their brand identity and tone of voice shine through. Whether it’s through one-on-one design support or our exclusive Canva classes, I’m here to guide, teach and create — giving small businesses the confidence to show up with clarity and consistency.
From tailored marketing content to full visual identities, my goal is always to design work that feels like a true extension of the business behind it.
Our Story
Plum was founded in 2020 by Rachel Plum, driven by a deep understanding of what it takes to run a business from the inside out. After years of managing everything from operations to marketing and team leadership across multiple businesses, Rachel saw a clear need for genuine, practical support — and so Plum was born.
What began as a hands-on marketing and design studio has grown into a trusted partner for local businesses across North East Victoria. From helping clients level up their social media to building websites that truly reflect their brand, Plum has always been about helping others shine.
In 2025, Plum entered a new chapter. Now the internal marketing arm for North East Agriculture, our team continues to do what we love — creating, strategising and celebrating business growth. We’re proud to evolve alongside the digital world, always staying one step ahead.
This year, we also launched the Plum Membership — a place where business owners can learn, grow and stay inspired. From Canva classes and branding tools to exclusive coaching and resources, it’s designed to empower businesses to take control of their marketing and keep moving forward.

North East AG & Industrial started when Aaron Plum grew his passion for agricultural equipment as a diesel mechanic for New Holland and Fiat Farming Equipment during his adolescent years. Because of his deep passion for agricultural equipment, Aaron transformed his passion into a dream to become an entrepreneur by having his dealership of agricultural equipment. Therefore, he improved his skills and knowledge about the agricultural industry to achieve his goals.
